Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in a sales role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- Experience selling business intelligence technologies to clients.
- Experience leading and scaling teams in a cloud-based PaaS and SaaS environment.
- Experience in working with engineers and customer technical leads to build business cases and accompanying plans for implementation.
- Experience selling cloud-based IT solutions to companies in the Korea market.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
- Experience working with product teams and an understanding of how to embed technology into a product set.
- Experience promoting AI technology stack.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud and Google Cloud AI offerings
- Ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI.

Your insights into the AI landscape will be instrumental in driving innovation and setting Google Cloud Platform's (GCP) leadership in the AI-driven future of work. You will grow the AI business across Korea by building and leading a team who are working to deploy our AI solutions. You will build relationships with partners and external customer stakeholders, identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI Subject Matter Expert together with your team, and influence long-term direction for new and existing customers.
- Work cross-functionally with Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSR), Customer Engineer (CE) teams, Field Solution Architects (FSA) to ensure AI adoption, customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Execute Go-To-Market business strategy and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and GCP Partners.
- Support your team to assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions, ensure transition and a path to production. Articulate key solution differentiators and the business impact.
- Coach the team to identify, advance, and win opportunities and AI bookings, manage business pipelines, and accelerate business growth.
