Job Description

The Graphic Designer will create designs and artwork for ministries, campuses, and teams. This role involves using a project management system to fulfill requests, generating creative solutions, and collaborating with teams within the Creative Media Group. The designer will deliver outcomes aligned with team objectives to further Life.Church’s mission and reach people. Responsibilities include designing graphics, managing projects, collaborating with leaders, and researching design methods.
Must have:
  • Create designs and artwork for ministries and marketing.
  • Manage project management system and fulfill requests.
  • Collaborate with ministry leaders and staff.
  • Have an Associate's degree in Graphic Design.
  • 3+ years of related work experience.

Job Details

The Graphic Designer is primarily responsible for creating designs and artwork for ministries, campuses, and Central teams. This role will utilize a project management system to fulfill requests, ideate creative solutions to meet ministry goals, and collaborate with teams on projects within the Creative Media Group. The Graphic Designer utilizes their skillset to deliver outcomes that align with the direction of their team to further Life.Church’s mission and to reach people for Christ.

What You’ll Do

    • Graphic design creation and management
    • Develop plans for both print and digital designs and artwork for Life.Church ministries and marketing campaigns
    • Create planned designs and artwork using design software and other applicable tools
    • Manage project management system and fulfill project requests timely
    • Collaborate with ministry leaders, campus and Central staff, and Creative Media Project Managers to gather information on project requests
    • Research new technology, processes, and tools in design methods to implement in the organization

Skills Needed to Succeed

    • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions and problem solve with innovation
    • Effective at multi-tasking and time management to meet strict deadlines while remaining flexible and open to change
    • Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills to foster partnerships
    • Effective at process and organizational management to coordinate, structure and provide vision to projects
    • Strong leadership skills and understanding on developing and guiding others
    • Associate's degree in Graphic Design
    • 3+ years of related work experience
