Marketing Research Specialist

Your impact:

• Monitor and analyze advertising activity of key competitors across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.);
• Track trends in health, wellness, fitness, and subscription-based products;
• Maintain an organized database of notable ad examples, campaigns, messaging approaches, and market innovations;
• Create weekly reports summarizing key competitor moves, creative shifts;
• Share clear, actionable insights for UA and Creative teams — quick takeaways + deep dives when needed;
• Suggest new ideas based on emerging trends, consumer behavior, and market changes;
• Assist with ad hoc research projects based on marketing team priorities;
• Present findings in a visual, digestible format using Miro, FigJam, Slides, or Notion;
• Apply tools like Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Similarweb, App Annie & other to ensure high-quality research and insights.
  

About You:

• 1+ years of experience in research (academic, business, or market), ideally within marketing or creative-focused roles;
• Understanding of performance-driven campaigns, creative workflows, and what makes ads effective;
• Experience using ad libraries and market tools for competitor and trend analysis;
• Strong analytical and visual storytelling skills — able to turn creative data into clear, actionable insights;
• Proficient in visual tools like Miro, FigJam, and Google Slides to present research and ideas clearly.
