Job Description

As a Process/Manufacturing Engineer/Technician at Valeo, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance on the production line to improve working conditions, optimizing and creating new resources to achieve greater productivity and product quality, as well as adapting production means to new launches and modifications. You will be involved in preparing preliminary budgets for new products, estimating manufacturing times, and identifying the necessary devices and tools. You will also create parts lists and operations for products, pointing out the operations of the product's production process and their respective times, and actively participate in FMEA's. Furthermore, you will conduct ergonomics studies and define the manufacturing process, implement and validate production means.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in methods and processes in the automotive sector
  • Advanced English proficiency

Projetos e Desafios

Responsável pela assistência técnica na linha de produção para melhoria das condições de trabalho, otimizando e criando novos recursos para obter maior produtividade e qualidade do produto, bem como adequar os meios de produção a novos lançamentos e modificações.

Atividades

- Confeccionar orçamentos preliminares de produtos novos, estimando tempos de fabricação e levantando dispositivos e ferramentas necessárias para produzir o produto e para que possa ser calculado o seu custo pelo departamento de custos.
- Confeccionar lista de peças e operações dos produtos apontando as operações do processo produtivo do produto e seus respectivos tempos para que o mesmo possa ter seu custo calculado pelo departamento de custos;
- Implantar as modificações no produto e processo para que seja atendida a solicitação do cliente;
- Ativa participação em FMEA`S de produto, processo, ferramentais, moldes e embalagens;
- Fazer estudos de Ergonomia em todos os desenvolvimentos de processos;
- Definir o processo de fabricação e implantar e validar os meios de produção;

Para estar aderente a vaga ( Requisitos Mandatórios)
Você tem:

- Graduação superior completa em Engenharia Mecanica, Elétrica, Automoção e afins
- Experiência prévia na área de metodios e processos no setor automotivo
- Inglês avançado
