Job Description

The Search Specialist at gTech Ads Solutions will develop and apply market, industry, product, and tool knowledge to provide optimal client solutions. This role involves understanding client business objectives, leading discussions on holistic media strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for account growth. Responsibilities include managing a book of business across the entire cycle (planning, pitching, implementing, and optimizing), driving conversations on Search media measurement and attribution, and working with in-country teams. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of digital media or digital marketing experience, fluency in English and Spanish, and expertise in Google Ads or SA360. Strong project management and data analysis skills are also essential.

Job Details


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring digital advertising campaigns and providing client solutions.
  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media specific industry.
  • Experience in campaign management for Google Ads (e.g., Search and YouTube) or SA360.
  • Ability to take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to process large data sets and identify patterns of significance.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions, supported by internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and apply knowledge of the market, industry, products, and tools, in preparation to offer the best solution for our clients' business tests.
  • Dive into the client’s business objectives and work with them to lead the conversation on a holistic media strategy to drive performance and the right investment.
  • Work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short and long-term account growth.
  • Drive conversations on measurement and attribution (along with the Measurement and Attribution specialists) of Search media.
  • Manage a book of business, working across the business cycle with in-country teams (e.g., plan, pitch, implement, and optimize).
