The Global Payments team is building a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, such as TikTok, Helo, Games, Education, etc. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our payment systems, protecting sensitive information, and mitigating potential risks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance security measures, keeping our organization at the forefront of cybersecurity. The detailed responsibility include: - Security Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain robust security architectures for payment systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Threat Analysis and Vulnerability Management: Conduct thorough analysis of security threats, vulnerabilities, and risks. Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and respond to potential security incidents. - Security Testing: Perform regular security assessments, penetration testing, and code reviews to identify and address security vulnerabilities in payment systems. - Incident Response: Lead and coordinate incident response activities, including investigation, analysis, and communication of security incidents. Develop and maintain incident response plans. - Security Awareness and Training: Develop and deliver security awareness programs to educate employees on best practices for information security and data protection. - Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and operations, to integrate security measures into all aspects of the organization's processes. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and legal requirements related to payment security.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Security Engineer or similar role in the payment industry. - In-depth knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, and authorization. - Experience with security technologies and tools, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
