Must have:

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium).
Experience with web services testing for REST.
Understanding of software development methodologies.

Good to have:

Experience with load and performance testing.
Experience with UI components testing.
High attention to detail with analytical skills.
Knowledge of database testing and SQL.

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated QA Engineer to join our team. As a Software QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing, and automation, creating test plans, as well as detailed test cases using the latest technologies. Moosend / Sitecore SEND is the ultimate email marketing and automation platform that automates personalized email engagements that build trust and foster long-term relationships. Our platform provides features such as AI-driven email experiences, commerce automation, building beautiful campaigns, managing audiences, and tracking the efforts of a company.

What You’ll Do:

Design test strategies and approaches that take end-user functionality, performance, security, database, and technical (APi) considerations into play to ensure a solution is fully built and tested
Become a subject matter expert on the product and contribute to improving the user experience
Perform risk analysis of any new/updated feature
Create and maintain test scenarios and test cases for the product
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

What You Need to Succeed:

Working experience with automation tools (ideally Selenium)
Solid working experience with web services testing for REST
Strong understanding of software development methodologies, test-driven development, and QA processes

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

Experience working with load and performance testing tools, Cloud, and static code analysis tools
Experience working with UI components testing
High attention to detail with excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of database testing and SQL
