Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at BeReal, you'll contribute to the recruiting efforts of the BeReal TA team. Responsibilities include managing candidate applications and responses, coordinating initial exchanges, conducting pre-qualifications, monitoring the candidate pipeline, ensuring proper follow-up, and partnering with TA members on various aspects of the recruiting process, including role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies. You will ensure top-notch candidate experience. The internship is for 3-6 months and requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential. A prior experience in recruitment is a plus.
