Project Assistant - Apprenticeship (H/F/NB) - August 2025

Reporting to the Project Coordinator Content and the Associate Producer, you will work with a project management team and your tasks will be the following ones :

• Assist the team with organizational matters (meeting minutes, workshop preparation, documentation);
• Take part in production management and updating project tracking tools;
• Participate in setting up team events (Team Time, Team Building, game testing area, etc.);
• Coordinate between internal production teams and external teams within Ubisoft on various topics;
• Organize internal playtests on game content and features;
• As part of the project team, you will have daily contact with all the team's departments in France and abroad;
• Ad hoc assignments depending on current events and project phases.
