Job Description

The EC Trade Marketing Manager will develop and implement trade marketing strategies to drive market share and revenue growth in EC. This role involves leading business planning cycles, including sales forecasting and budget planning. The manager will collaborate closely with sales and EC-MKT teams to ensure seamless program execution and provide clear business insights. Responsibilities also include cascading brand strategies, allocating resources, developing pricing strategies, and analyzing campaign performance. The position requires monitoring campaigns and generating reports to provide actionable insights.
Must have:
  • 6 years of working experience
  • 3 years in eCommerce
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Trade marketing or sales experience

Key responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing strategies to drive market share and revenue growth in EC
Lead business planning cycle incl. sales forecast and budget planning, co-work closely with sales team and EC-MKT team, to ensure seamless execution of programs and provide management team clear business picture with suggestion and solution
Cascade brand strategy and marketing plan to channel, lead resource allocation within channel to achieve target
Develop and monitor the channel marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Develop pricing strategy, promotional policy and handle promotional investment
Monitor & analyze campaign performance and generate reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree
6 year working experience
3 year in eCommerce
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Trade marketing or sales experience
