Our mission is to be the world’s leading casual browser games platform by providing the best experience for both players and game developers.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about game development, partnerships, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement & Advocacy

  • Actively participate in relevant gamedev communities on Discord, forums, and social media, representing CrazyGames.

  • Build relationships with indie developers and studios to encourage engagement with our platform.

  • Organize and contribute to technical discussions, tutorials, and resources to support our game developer community.

  • Represent CrazyGames at events like Gamescom and GDC.

Developer Support

  • Be the technical voice on our Partnerships Team and support our developers on their CrazyGames journey, helping them improve their games.

  • Raise the bar for high-quality game submissions by guiding developers on best practices for the web.

  • Provide technical assistance to developers regarding performance optimization, monetization, and web-based game deployment.

Game Engine & Technical Expertise

  • Be knowledgeable about multiple web game engines (e.g., Unity, Godot, Unreal Engine, Phaser, PlayCanvas, etc.).

  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in browser game development and web technologies.

  • Communicate new advancements in web game development to our business and product teams so CrazyGames stays ahead of the curve.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge about AI tools.

Key Outcomes for the Role:

Within 1 month:

  • You fully know and understand our docs, have made at least 5 suggestions to improve them, and have integrated our SDK in (an existing) game to get hands-on experience.

  • You’re posting, answering questions, and advocating for CrazyGames daily in at least 3 game developer communities.

Within 3 months:

  • You’re posting weekly on Linkedin to spread the word.

  • You’re helping out our Partnerships team with technical advice on game optimization

  • You’re sourcing at least 6 games per month, of which at least 2 go to full launch.

Within 6 months:

  • You’ve created technical documentation, tutorials, or guides for developers where you have identified the need.

  • You have been on 3 podcasts reaching 3,000 game developers in aggregate.

Within 12 months:

  • At least 5 of the prototypes that you’ve scouted have resulted in a top-100 game on CrazyGames

What We Offer:

  • Significant autonomy & impact – You’ll have the freedom to shape our developer community strategy.

  • Flexible work location & hours – We focus on results, not when or where you work.

  • Travel for team events – Join us for team weeks in Europe (all expenses covered).

  • A fun, fast-paced environment – You get to play games and call it work!

Job requirements

  • Strong programming and game development experience – You must be comfortable with multiple game engines.

  • Excellent communication skills – You should be able to explain technical concepts clearly to developers.

  • Community management experience – Prior involvement in game dev communities on Discord, forums, or social media is a plus.

  • Deep understanding of the web-based gaming ecosystem – Knowledge of browser game monetization, optimization, and best practices is beneficial.

Candidates must be located in Europe (including the UK) to ensure sufficient time zone overlap with our team.
