Senior 3D Animator (Urban Life Simulation)

As a Senior 3D Animator, your primary responsibility will be to create high-quality animations, including character and facial animations, aligned with the project's style. You will need to deeply understand the aesthetic preferences of young audiences and incorporate internet memes and popular culture trends into creative animation content. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the quality of outsourced character animations based on the project style and character personalities. You'll also participate in establishing 3D animation workflows and quality standards, while continuously learning and improving the artistic quality. This role requires a strong understanding of animation principles and a passion for creating engaging visual content.
