Do you want to work in the intersection between sports and data? Join us on our journey to empower athletes around the world with actionable, data-driven insights. We’re a team of 13 Product Designers from Mexico, Australia, Latvia, Norway, Slovakia, Ireland, and Denmark who have fun and challenge each other in delivering the best digital products every day.

Now, we’re looking for our next great designer to join the team.

As a Senior Product Designer on our golf team, you’ll be designing tools that enhance the golf practice experience—helping players to make data-driven improvements. Whether it’s refining the experience or crafting insights that keep players engaged, your work will directly impact golfers of all levels. Ready to take a swing? ⛳🚀

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Trackman golf design team, focusing on creating exceptional user experiences for our golf products. Our software is used by golfers, coaches and facilities worldwide, enabling them to track performance, analyse swing data, and improve their game with actionable insights.

Your work will directly impact how golfers—whether weekend warriors or aspiring pros—engage with their practice sessions, providing them with intuitive and engaging ways to measure progress and refine their skills.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our golf applications. Working closely with product owners, developers, and fellow designers, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualising and designing intuitive and visually compelling user experiences for mobile and tablet-based golf applications.

  • Prototyping and testing new features to validate design concepts, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users.

  • Conducting user research to understand golfer behavior, needs, and pain points—translating insights into improved UX and UI solutions.

  • Collaborating across disciplines, working closely with developers, product managers, and other designers to bring ideas to life.

This is an exciting opportunity to design industry-leading tools that empower golfers to track their progress, optimize their practice sessions, and enjoy the game in new ways.

Job requirements

Ideally, you’ll have:

  • 5+ years of product design experience, covering the full design lifecycle—ideation, research, facilitation, conceptualization, validation/testing, and visual design.

  • Experience designing mobile and tablet-based products, ensuring seamless and engaging user experiences.

  • Proficiency in vector-based design tools, with confidence in working within and contributing to a design system.

  • A strong ability to thrive in agile environments, adapting to evolving priorities with flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.

  • A portfolio showcasing your craft, creativity, and impact on relevant projects.

  • Golf knowledge or experience—whether you play, have played, or follow the sport closely. A deep understanding of the game and its nuances will be highly valuable in this role.

You are:

  • A clear communicator – Able to articulate ideas and design decisions effectively while proactively seeking and incorporating feedback.

  • Empathetic to users – Skilled at understanding user needs and designing intuitive experiences tailored to them.

  • A systems thinker – Able to identify patterns and apply them to create cohesive and scalable design solutions.

  • Collaborative by nature – You enjoy working in a team, co-designing with others, and giving/receiving constructive feedback.

  • Passionate about golf (or at least interested!) – A background in or deep interest in the sport is a big plus.

You’ll get:

  • Opportunities to grow – Learn new skills and develop your career in a fast-growing international company.

  • Direct impact on users – Shape how golfers interact with Trackman products daily.

  • A great team culture – Work alongside passionate colleagues in an inspiring and supportive environment.

  • Fantastic employee perks – Enjoy a great lunch, access to a fitness center, an all-you-can-play golf simulator, and more.

  • Social events and happenings – Participate in company gatherings, sports events, and other fun activities.
