Role Description

By joining the infinite team, you will be working with cutting-edge technologies of cloud development, deployment, and operations. You will be part of a team that is constantly seeking to improve and provide the best next generation solutions for the pay TV world.

Requirements

• We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for our Media Cloud team
• Develop NodeJS/GoLang backend micro-services for a complex and large-scale cloud application, in a microservice architecture.
• Ensure high quality by writing tests in all stages.
• Implement automatic deployment to cloud environment using CI/CD tools
• Add monitoring and alerts to make sure the code is preforming well on live (devops)
• Troubleshoot incidents on live customer deployments and supporting customers
  
  

Personal Attributes

• Bachelors / Masters Degree in Engineering
• At least 1+ years of experience with Javascript, NodeJS or Golang. (Exceptional university graduates can also apply)
• 2+ Year of expirience in AWS, EKS, K8s.
• Expodure to system design, development and maintenance of microservices based cloud services
• Expodure to high volume, high throughput, cloud based systems. Should have experience participating in debugging and solving issues in such systems
• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
• Experience with mongo, bash, docker, K8S, ELK are all pluses
• Ability to thrive in a multi-task environment with frequently changing priorities under tight timelines
• The desire to learn and improve constantly
• Knowledge of agile software development methodology is plus
