As Product Manager, Gamer Experience, you'll define how gamers interact with Immutable Play, the central platform for game discovery, onboarding, and engagement. You'll analyze player journeys, test features, and identify drop-off points to improve retention and B2B success. Responsibilities include understanding player and developer needs, hypothesizing and iterating on platform features, prioritizing sprints, building a user-friendly experience, developing data-driven strategies, providing customer insights, defining product requirements, conducting market research, and collaborating with design and engineering teams. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of Web3 gaming, creating gamer-first experiences, and empowering developers to reach their target audiences. This is a crucial role in Immutable's user acquisition strategy and a game-changer for studios building engaged communities.

About The Role 🤔:
Web3 is reshaping the way players engage with games—and we’re looking for a trailblazer to lead the charge! As our Product Manager, Gaming Experience, you’ll play a critical role in defining how gamers interact with Immutable Play, our central platform for discovery, onboarding, and in-game engagement. You’ll dive deep into the player journey, experimenting, hypothesizing and testing different features to identify key drop-off points, and rapidly ship impactful features that drive both user retention and B2B success. This role isn’t just about product delivery—it’s about creating seamless, rewarding experiences that keep players coming back, while aligning closely with design, data, and engineering teams to make it all happen.

You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:
- Understand your audience of builders and gamers, continuously gathering insights to inform product decisions.
- Hypothesize, test, and iterate on features of Immutable Play, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of players and developers.
- Prioritize sprints effectively, balancing speed with quality.
- Build a tasteful, visually appealing, and seamless gamer-first experience that resonates with users.
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve the customer journey across segments, utilizing analytics to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Provide critical customer insights to inform product and feature prioritization decisions, ensuring the platform addresses real user needs.
- Drive product development by defining clear requirements, setting priorities, and making data-informed decisions to continuously enhance the platform
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to guide product direction and keep Immutable Play ahead of industry trends
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of features and enhancements, ensuring a smooth development process.
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:
- 2+ years of experience in a product management role, ideally within a fast-paced tech startup or gaming environment.
- A genuine passion for Web3 and gaming, with an enthusiasm for the future of the industry and a grasp on gaming trends.
- Strong understanding of rapid iterative product development, with experience delivering and refining features quickly.
- A solid grasp of UX/Design principles, with a focus on creating user-centric, seamless experiences.
- Strong listener and communicator, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
